why are people even comparing k series and b series?
k series is where its at. like andre said once you have a k series platform its in the same price range as a b series. the expensive stuff is preping the shell. sooner or later everythings gunna be k ready, more rsx's are gunna get crashed and k series motors are gunna get cheaper and cheaper. as the motors get more popular the prices of their aftermarket parts will as well. its simple supply and demand. K series stock make the power oof a built b series. theres no competition. i/h/e you're 220-230 with a k... add cams and pistons and so forth damnnnnnn thats power.

i agree, my stok b seriez be pushin lyke 150 til i throwz on a muffler an intake an painted my valve cover yellow. now my whip iz pushin lyke 500hp real talk all moter right dur.

bseries will continue to be a broke mans motor youll never pull the numbers at the track that a k could drop allmotor just so a bseries to keep up you have to shoot it or turbo it come on now there is no bseries all motor drop 10s in there life unles the shell weighs 1600 pounds and 100 shot of juice a stock k series with stage 3 cams and 150 shot will get you in high tens bracket all day and is known to be the most reliable block with out sleeving it now on a bseries in order for you to make 300 hp on allmotor b series youll need jesus and juice come out here to jersey and play with the big boys
