i need free help wit car audio!!

hey guys i have all my stuff hooked up and my sub works perfect and amp wors perfect to but sub wont kick on and cant figure out what is wrong or witch wire wont connect

all fuses are fine all wires are hooked up right and getting good ground


only thing i can think of is for remote im using a brown wire like regular small speaker wire and maybe thats not connecting or the positive and negetive on terimals in back of box arent catchin



like i said looking for free help and i wont be on here all day and cars not reggy so id need someone who wont charge to come help me out

If the sub wont "kick on", whatever that means, how do you know the sub works perfect?

The remote wire just turns the amp on and off. Color has no bearing on anything. The heavy guage black and red send raw power to the amp. The speaker wires power and send signal to the subs from the amp. The pre-out RCAs send signal to the amp from the head unit. Id say if all your connections are hooked up correctly (double check) then make sure the RCAs are hooked up properly on the head unit side. Also make sure the amp power light is turning on when you turn on the head unit. Make sure the gain us up on the amp.

amp kicks on all lights come on my aux and headunit work fine...and how do i know because it works at car audio store an was tested and it has its 4oahm load still dude and hooked up in boys car and works fine and did the amp sepaerately same way in boys car and audio store and both check out... reason im asking for some help i because i dont wanna fuck anything up

Make sure your RCA cables are good cause that can cause it not to work
