you got a good ground going form the motor to the car? if the starter done get a ground then even with 12v it still wont spin over.

starter has a good ground...tranny has 3 zero gauge wires on it and head has two of them....but the person i bought the car from said that the harness he gave me was a 1.5 the regular stock harness, could that be the problem?
