maybe he puts the rods onto the crank. has lil hector hold it, torques the rod bolts, pts the pistons in from the top. then zip ties em to the rods? then slaps a lil mighty putty on em for extra strength?

Well I think what he was getting at is the he wouldn't go to anyone who takes the rod bolts out with a air chisel while everything is still in the motor and assembled. I'm sure he puts everything else back together normally lol.

lol but he says you cant install rod bolts well everything is intact in the block. So that would mean he does it outta the block? maybe i dunno.

and i wanna see the quote where i stated installing a rotating assembly from the bottom. We both must be confused with each other...ima clear this up;

with the block dissasembled...whether in or out of the car...i have the rod bolts pressed in, big end resized(not mandatory), and measured with a stretch guage. then put everything back together FROM THE TOP!!! If you would like to come to my shop i will be more than glad to show you with one of our motors so there wont be any confusion....clear???

That's why I asked. Because the way you worded it was if you put the pistons on the rods, rods on the crank n then lifted it all into the block lol.

lol x2......i went with my cousin to buy a block and the kid was like "the block is bare but has everything, it even has the rods on the crank already so you can jus slide everything in from the bottom!!" we looked at each other and jus walked away from him lol
