well waht kinda cams? Turbo/Na? Brand? Tuners or Pro's? Whats your valve specs set at? Do you need to adjust the timing for the cams?

Depending on the cams they require differ timing and differ valve adjustments. You need to look into that.

^^^agreed...op, always remember this, any major upgrades to a motor cams, pistons etc needs a tune or the motor willl not be at its full potential. and you do need cam gears to dial in the cams and get the correct timing. and i would HIGHLY recommend you getting your motor degreed

most stage 2 camshafts require dual coil springs as well...might want to look into that

Cam gears to fine tune the timing but make sure the timing's correct to begin with. Get it tuned and as chrisb7710 said, you may need stiffer valve springs and I'm willing to bet on it.

Unless u got work done to ur engine stage two cams on a stock engine is a waste of time and money, if u have a stock gsr and u want to upgrade cams I suggest some itr's or ctr's and get it tuned, defenatly will make a big difference

wrong...stage 2 cams(tuner) gsr's with stock blocks make very good power with supporting mods; a GOOD header, cai, intake manifold, injectors, tb, and 2.5-3inch exhaust with a dyno tune and the gains over "stock" will be amazing

in order for aftermarket cams to operate at its full potential, they need to be degreed by your builder/tuner and dialed in by our tuner
