Look dude u don't need to pass emissions to regiszter your car u go to the place u fail then they give the paper work u go to dmv and you regi it then u have 30 days

Dude I already did that im driving my car like 2 month already and got the paper work on my mail saying that i have 2 go to Emissing..Tomorrow is my last day for Emission but imma go so i can get more days.And gonna see if a chop can help me cause i bypass some stuff i got then on the webside and still got code "23" is a Knock Sensor.So i had a itr ecu but i sold it cause i didnt need it and i cant use it.

you def. gotta get the knock sensor installed for a long term fix. Def aint hard to do. G/L tho
