Help!! no power after timing belt change!!!

[turbo-sohc 380WHP]

so long story short i change my water pump tensioner and timing belt on my b16a (ran fine before this.
after i do the job. car starts up fine ideled a little ruff at first then begain to idel normal.
go to take off but the cars wants to stall out. finally get her going down the street and try to accelerate but no power at all what can this be???? need help asap!!

Timing def seems to be off.. Hopefully it's not off by too much or you could have bent some valves...
