Yeah theres a fitting that screws into the spark plug spots and it puts a certain psi to the chamber so u can do the valve seals while its still all together. And for the rings take the head off drop the pan, dont need the crank out unless you doing more work, like they said. Pull them out the top and drop em in from up top. Quick easy way no negative effects.
