    Yea i did the changeover today and to me the motor runs and sounds a whole lot better. it idles nice and smooth. im very happy with the outcome, thanx alot guys.

          When I did it on my b20, it fucked it up. Did it before going to the track. Shit ran 15.2 with the synthetic, but once I switched over to the coventional, I was having trouble breaking 16's lol (I kno, its slow either way but it felt sluggish to me

            all depends what oil u used bro. i was putting 10 30 synthetic on mine. now im putting 10 30 conventional. it runs the same to me just a tad bit smoother.
