just ground the tranny from the bracket that holds the clutch cable to the frame rail, ground the T belt side of the valve cover in 2 spots, front and back to the shock tower

Also, on the thermostat housing, you will see a little 10mm bolt with a bunch of ground wires from the harness. Make sure thats in great shape.

Also make sure the battery ground is in good shape, even though that will really only effecting the car starting.

Rule of thumb, you cant have enough grounds.

Make sure they are all clean, bare metal

if its a factory sunroof, then its an SI, what color is the original color? What year? 1990-91 will have rear disc brakes

          Black is SI only

Weak/bad coil most likely. OBD0 coils go bad often

This is most likely what I'm thinking.. If it's a bad coil I would have to replace the dizzy? Cause u can't replace the coil due to it being part of the dizzy

you can replace them, there like 70bux at napa.

If its getting spark then its prolly not the coil. But just borrow a friends dizzy to check before you buy anything

Not true, you ever hear the statement "Blue is new, Red is dead"? That's the old statement that follows checking your ignition spark.

I can't count how many coils I have replaced that would not start cars but still sparked red. Put a new coil in that had a nice strong blue spark, and bam car fires right up. Trust me, I been doin this for awhile, lol

I think I'm going to replace the coil. Cause I'm getting fuel and spark but not strong spark. So that's what's lean towards replacingthe coil. I just dont feel like spending money if that's not the problem

I just pulled my coil out of my dizzy. Is there anyway to ohm it out? I know u could I just don't know where to put my test leads.

Is there a way I can test to see if the PCM is getting signal from the cam and crank sensors?
