Question on 99 GSR Swap

This is my first swap and first Honda

Its a 1996 civic CX

Motor 1999 GSR

Engine Harness is 96-98EX 5spd

ECU 96-98 EX so I can pass emissions

I am confused on what wires need to be added and what needs to be switched in the Pin-outs.

Can anyone shed some light on this topic for me..

Yeah man, shits nuts...

Plugged it all up and it fired right up but i know i had to extend the o2 sensor and I believe wire something separate for the butterfly vtech and some other minor shit..

But then the car wouldnt rev pass 3k in which i believe its stuck in limp mode.
I was told disconnect the neg ground on the battery and then restart it and it should correct that issue but I have the rest of this shit to get threw now

you wont be running the intake manifld butterflys so scratch that off your list and look for a after market intake manifold.

limp mode would most likely be from runnin a sohc ecu on a dohc set up.

you will need to obtain a jump harness, CTVTEC is not much help when it comes to this. Deff use honda-tech.com and google ..you will get more info that way
