You need the Time-Sert Tool kit or a Machine shop that has one. My local machine shop has done them for us(Lia Honda) in the past. The name is "Eastwoods Auto Machine" in Somers, CT. It's actually the same shop that built Ryans 9sec./534whp D16Z6. I vouch for them anyday.

Thay got the GSR block that I bought from Matt. I'm supposed to pick it up on Friday. I got some before Pics, & I plan on taking a bunch more when I get it back, So you will be able to see the quality of there work. They have machined the blocks & heads to all of my Builds, & I have no complaints.

drill out the old threads and tap them to a bigger size and install a time-sert insert to the size threads you need.

Thats what a Time-Sert is, just alot more durable/reliable.
