not starting/starting with a putter

since last night my car doesn't seem to want to start all the time. It'll click click click but not turn over. When it finally does it barely starts, revs up high, then drops back down to a normal idle and runs fine. What gets me most is 3/10 starts will be just fine, no problem, but the other seven will take me 10+ minutes. any ideas? might be my dizzy since i heard it sorta ticking like a sprinkler last week but idk

Sounds like your fuel pump might be going bad and is advacing you

Yah I have a wierd noise coming from my gas tank area when my cars off too. Almost as if pressure is being released or soemthing

def my fuel pump, only happens if im under a quarter of a tank....could it possibly be just the filter?
