                  wtf i have used gsr header on ls motors with no problem. b-series hearders are all inter-changable

                      This is the second thread about this. All b-series headers are the same bolt patterns. The only differnce is the gsr headers are about 6 inches shorter so you would have to get you exhuast extended.(easy $30 fix). Correct me if im wrong but the stock ls and b16 manifolds are the same lenth. Not sure about the usdm type r but i know the jdm type r header is the same lenth as a b16 and ls. Now dealing with aftermarket most dealers dont specify what motor they usually just all say b-series header or b16/b18a/b18b/b18c/b20

                        your pretty much right on the money with this one allmotor. only thing being that a typeR header would be a 2.5" collector into the cat. so you would either need a reducer or some other method of connecting it to your exhaust. just a tip 2.5" collectors use a s2k doughnut gasket.
