running like sh!t...loss of power

So friday night i was heading out to meet up with some people up in hartford....its about a half hour drive on the highway from where i am...well i get out to where i have to go and was suppose to give my friend a call so he could tell me which exit to take but he got into a fight up there and didnt notice i called so i got lost, turned around and headed home. :(

As soon as i get back into waterbury after the second light when i get off the highway my car starts acting up, complete loss of power after 3 grand and just falling on its face, idling funny and running terrible:mad: Sort of cutting out a little bit too but mostly just loss of power....so far i just changed the plugs, checked the oil ect....almost seems like somethings holding it back and its running rich. I just replaced the fuel filter and put a walbro fuel pump in her a couple weeks ago. idk maybe a bad o2 or map/tps sensor?
