Bought an LS head off this dude that was supposedly real clean and mint.

Met up with him and he had it in a box, I didn't inspect too well (totally my mistake) and I took his word for it cause he is a mod and assured me the it was mint and only had like 80k on it. He sounded like a straight up dude.
After taking it out of the box for further inspection, this head could be in the Guiness book of world records for the dirtiest head ever. The blackest oil in it ever and so much dirt and gunk INSIDE OF IT, it looked like it was sitting in the junkyard with the valve cover off and exposed to the elements over the winter. Oil in #2 exhaust port and the others are dry. To top it off he didn't give me all the cams caps with it like he said it had.
So I call him and tell him about the missing caps and he says he'll meet up with me to give them to me cause they fell out while bringing the head to me. OK cool. After never calling me, I asked if I could return the head because after further inspection, I determined that this thing is just beat. He says "I'm not a store dog". Ok fine, I decide to just take the hit and ask him to atleast give me the rest of the caps. After like 10 calls, numerous texts and PM's, I have yet to hear from him so I can get the cam caps. I even told him a few times that this is really holding me up and he still doesn't have the respect to take 2 minutes out of his schedule to give a dude a call.
In my opinion this is unacceptable and total BS. Especially from someone who is supposed to be a moderator and promote good business practice on this site. I warn anyone who is thinking about doing business with him to FULLY inspect what you are buying (which you should do anyway but I failed to do).
Anyone who knows me and has done business with me on this site or any other knows that I am straight up, honest and willing to lend a hand where I can and not into ripping people off.
If Hermin decides to communicate and meet with me to get the caps to me, then I'll update and communicate so. If not, I'll communicate that as well and everyone should know and be weary about doing business with him.
