  • d16z6 block with y7 head questions.

so i bought a z6 block today n was gonna put my y7 head on it but the y7 head bolts wont thread in at all... i think the 2 on the intake side just the corner ones threaded but none of the rest.... are they different sizes??? also if im making it obd2 does the alternator need to be obd2 as well or obd1?? n i need a distributor. If u doin the y7/y8 head into the z6 u need the z6 cam gear cuz the teeth are diff car would always be off timing
