Ok so I changed the spark plugs today and it fires up and idles mint but when I hit the gas it dosent rev up it just bogs down and wants to die, any input? Like basically even on the throttle very gently it won't rev

that sounds like a timing issue chris i use to have that with my old ls and it was cause the dizzy wasnt in the right spot and throwing the timing off so adjust the dizzy till where it idle and revs mint

Tried that already and no luck, maybe I am off a tooth, I'll go and retime it again in the am I guess

change the plug wires to. when all the motor places power wash the motors so the buyer thing they are getting a fesh motor the soke the wires and then dont run that good

I got new plug wires on there, no bueno all ignition parts replaced, cap rotor plugs an wires

dizzy bro had the same issue was spark but would not turn on so i changed it and blam it turned on
