p29 pistions on d17 rods pressed on tho with d17 crank in the d16 bloack but you need the d17 oil pump and rear main seal housing and i think there is some block knotchign to be done also.

pretty much what gold hatch said. i noticed the snout on the d17 crank is the same size as a b series.
