my boy has a d16z6 swap in his civic but recently blew it so he just bought a d15b7 i think so my question is does he have to change tha wiring harness computer n stuff since tha new swap dnt have vtec or can he just put tha d16 distributor on tha d15 n shit lmk ctv

change ecu. cuz his ecu he's running now is prolly a p28. Which is for vtech. and sicne the new motor doesnt have vtech you wanna run the non vtech ecu.

Just need to change the ecu everything else is plug and play they're both obd1 swaps.

Lol that's things been gone for a while now. I miss it though shit was freshhh but I got the tC as a daily and I'm lookin for a new project now probably another EG coupe.
