  • Need help ASAP d15b

    Im having trouble with my d15b. It will not rev higher then 4k rpm. The motor is a d15b with a d16z6 manifold injector and dizzy and the motor in a 92 eg hatch.. It runs good up till 4000 rpm. Anyone have ideas on what it could be??

    you have a check engine light? if so may be the TPS sensor.... maybe a faulty ECU... try swapping the tps and map sensors

      Either 2 thing a sensor of some sort^^^ but Deff the ecu I had the sam problem with my old ef got a new ecu and it waz good to go hope it helps

        I have a p28 on there also I also put on ls ecu also still would not rev past 4k.. What is the proper ecu to run with the motor its a d15b vtec also vtec is not wired in yet

            Most likely your tsp sensor. There is something causing the ecu to go on limp mode. Have you read the check engine codes ?
