x2 yeah im the same way have a little fun once in awhile but the expenses aint worth it if you get caught, but u should be fine man i got like 3 wreckless driving and always had them reduced or dropped, the last one i got they just were like u wanna keep ur license i was like um yeah and hes like alright im reducing it down to a speeding ticket take it or leave it. so u should be set bro dont worry about it

dude ur all good i TOTALED my boys car after 2 weeks of having my license lmao and i got wreckless driving passenger restriction and speeding my ticket was like 300 bucks i jus pleaded no contest and paid the fines and nothing happened no jail no nothing. i got my license suspened but i also did jus get my license and all. you they might or may not suspend ur license but if anything u jus gunna lose a little cash. no big sweat bro trust

your straight. you got a pta. you'll have a fine n be good. My friend got popped for "Illegal Drag Racing", Improper Muffler...and more. Went to court and left with a $50 fine! And it wasn't his first offense. If he didn't have you on ardar he can really on get you for "Traveling Fats", $103 fine. Which would be you speeding by their judgement which they went to school for. But all or nothing you'll get a fine and be out. But jail time..No Way!

inspection on ur muffler? they dont do inspections if u got a pink slip its just like a warning now i guess bc ppl i kno have went to dmv for mufflers ect and they asked why they were there bc they dont do inspections....and same for a headlight i got hit with

First of the court system is shit.....If you get lucky with a nice judge and prosecuter ull get off with a fine.If they go by the book you CAN face jail time but most likely wont and that would be a worst case scenerio.If anything the prosecuter should let you know about A.R or Accelerated Rehibilitation wich is like a slap in the hand almost a get out of jail free card.You get light probation and some community service....i know cuz thats what i got hit with for wreckless driving and i was doing well over 120 when a state trooper pulled me over.I got 1 year probation and 45 hours of comm. service.....Either way good luck and dont show up to court looking like a bumb or you just rolled out of bed definetly helps BUT AR is only for First time offenders

well since you didnt get a ticket and you got a PTA thats means you got "arrested" and you could get 30-60 days in jail and a fine up to $500 depends how fast you were actually going. 85 is reckless

Exactly. A PTA constitutes itself as an arrest. CT statute 14-222..

It's a misdemeanor moving violation, not an infraction. Shit will stay on your criminal record for 11 years depending on the state/expungement...

Anything over 85...
