questionable leak down %, what to do?

So i got my plugs changed and had a leakdown done yesterday to see how healthy the engine is as i've been consuming alot of oil recently. turns out cyl.1 had a 25% leakdown from the intake valve.all the others were less than 8%.
As it turns out, a big part of the oil consumption is coming from some seal on the turbo after being clocked a month ago.
Is 25% that severe of a leak? does anyone know of any local machine shops that do valve jobs? thanx for any input.

25% is something i'd definitely get looked at. i've had good luck with center auto in stratford, or E&G in wallingford.
