ticket + permit = still could get liscense??

your good. i use to get pulled over all the time for driving with just a permit with no licensed driver in the car. All they do is give u a ticket n try n tow the car. He'll be fine.

yea thats all it said word by word " failure to obey control signal" which means didnt stop for the red light
