You gotta go to the town/city hall......im pretty sure they require you to have proper paper work from a vet for shots and a tag you gotta pay a small fee.Call your town/city hall im sure it varies.

dat depends on what u plan on using her for. is she strictly a pet or are you looking to breed her sometime down the road? if ur looking 2 breed her and wat her paperwork then u need to contact the person you got her from and see if her parents were registered with a kennel club ie: UKC. ADBA etc. if they were then ask the breeder for the registration papers. if not then there isnt much you can do cuz in order to register the dog, the parents would have had 2 been registered.
