as far as the legality of it they FDA had no rite to ban anything there was no testing just hear say from doctors saying caffeine is bad for you alcohol is bad for you so both combined must be double bad for you. i mean come on the FDA didn't lift a finger until the media picked it up so they had to act like they give a shit.
