lol is it salvaged vehicle.. if so then u need reciepts for all the damages being fixed then u bring it to inspection

yea i think the car has to be inspected by the state or dmv to make sure the car isnt totaled has water damage an then u have to file for a new title which could take from a week to a couple of months

i wouldnt buy a car with a signed title there are ways to clean it but its not always guranteed

Write a bill of sale from your bm to your mom. Then bring the title signed by your bm and the bill of sale from your bm to your mom and it should work fine. ATleast thats how it is in CT. When I had my midori the title was MA and signed by 1 guy and I had like 3 bill of sales from that guy to other people who owned the car before me. It was confusing but the lady at DMV new wtf was going on.

But if you fuck up the title in any way by trying to erase the name or anything they will void the title. So then you'll be really fucked. Good luck!

This is your best bet or you can do it with brake fluid if you can't do that
