                  How bout you scrap the whole B-series idea and got h2b its not as expensive as everyone thinks and they have alot of torque and by reading your post you dont race you just want something fun. H2b sounds just about what your looking for

                    Honestly if your going for budget build i would just do LS Turbo! You already have an LS so just boost it. Reliability just depends on the tune and upkeep.

                      h2b isn't a lot of money, but i would probably say too mcuh work for him if he can't understand a simple motor swap idea and why they're better. h22a and call it a day and even that is a lot of work with the cables and shit for shifter

                            I think the H2B swap is easier in a sense because everything is direct fit. if you get the alternator relocator kit you dont have to beat anything with a hammer. And you can use regular EK b-series mounts. And to install the kit it kinda idiot proof everything comes with detailed instructions now adays. If anything with a honda is too much work for anyone then they need to keep stock motors or stick to their huffy's and mongoose's

                                bump for wanting to dd vtec killer cams have you ever heard a car with vtec killer cams ? not exactly dailyable lol and you would lose power with them on a stock motor so dont wait your time
