Help ej1 sunroof stuck

My sunroof is stuck half way open the motor sounds like it works it moves it a lil to open n to close but not all the way i bought an allen wrench to close it manually and still doesnt wanna close or open i need help need my car on the road asap lmk if anyone can help me out or come take a look at it.../

I can fix it, same thing happened to a couple sunroofs that i worked on, first you must unmount the sunroof take it apart clean regrease and check all connections to the sunroof reassemble and should work!
