If you have a scanner you can possibly pass emmisions,
1st you have to clear the code. If the code clears and doesnt come right back on your all set to go to the next step.
Keep your scanner plugged in while the car is running and go to "drive cycle monitors"
You should have 5 monitors inconclusive...Drive the car until you have only 2 monitors left..any car older than 2000 is allowed 2 monitors on..you just have to catch it before your check engine light come back on.

me to i had a cat code and cilinder 2 misfire i changed spark pluges drove and passed recentally

only domestic cars have the p1000 issue, im my case i have a 98 civic with a gsr ecu I went to emission with 2 o2 sensors and no cat and pass with flying colors

im not sure what you mean? i passed my si with no cat and primary o2 no after cat o2. i failed first time around due to system not ready becuz i figured if i cleared the codes 2 m b4 i went id be ok, dident happen and i had to address problems and go back

also i had an obd1 motor in an obd2b car with single cam harness
