Db2 is 92-93 Gsr's but they are cable trannys. By the way u worded that im guessing u dont have a cAble tranny. Also I dont think cable trannys ever came with vins at least not Integras. They come with a serial number and say either YS1, A1 or S1. 92-93 Ls, Gs, Rs and Gsr's all came with YS1 stamped but Gsr's have the shorter gears.
