MAACO paint job or other cheap alternative?

Some Maaco are still corporate some are individually or private owned look for one that is corporate still they usually do a good job or if u go to a private owner buy your own paint and tell them to spray ur paint they will do it..

You get a 1 year warranty and like a few others said, they are privately owned. This guy is out in PA but he said he'd prep and paint my car for $550.

macco does good work depending on were u go my car was done 2 years ago at macco by previous owner n its still mintm if you do your own prep work it will be a good job n prob cost less

macco is bad it wont last more then 6 months until ur paint chip or if it come out shitty they dont care. but you get what you pay for in the end..

word ypur not kidding..my cuzz got his done nd with in three mounts is started to dull out...il do it my self nd it will last longer nd look better..

I doubt they prime it. But yea scuff the whole car. Tape off shit you don't want over spray on. I don't think they tape off jams or anything. A lot of the jobs you hear bad from them are single stage. If you are bringing em your own paint that is base/clear, you scuff the car good, and tape off where you don't want over spray they can't really do a shitty job unless they don't know how to spray. But I doubt they would hire someone who doesn't know how.
