            If the thra bearing make noise push in the cluch peddle if the noise go away the thraw bearing mest up

                It's really not confusing once you look at the tranny when you detach the motor from it. When you hit the clutch, the "clutch slave cylinder" pushes on a clutch fork.....It's a simple two prong thing thats clipped onto your throw out bearing. The bearing rides on the shaft. So, if you're hearing a noise except when you clutch in, the bearing is bad. If it was consistent, it's the shaft by deduction.

                  it goes away when i press in the clutch. but when the clutch is out it sounds like glass in my tranny lol and its been getting worse...

                        then it is you input shaft bering!

                        the tranny is spinning with the clutch out not in gear so the input bering is spinning ( noise you here)

                        when you push the clutch in the noise will go away (tranny not spinning) if the noise is gone with clutch in the your input shaft bering is bad.

                        is it a B or d series transmission?

                            then most DEF the input shaft bering they are very common to have input shaft bering issues. hit up MRniceguy he can fix ya up quick
