    How hard is it to put on a tps its a d16y7 stock TB already took off the old not working tps just wondering if there is any special way it needs to be done or can I just buy one and put it on

    I'm pretty sure you can just buy a new tps and slap it on... it should come with a new gasket n bolts to keep moisture from messing with the ciruitry... should work perfectly... good luck

              It does need to be under resistance, but when you swap them you will see that the only way to put the new one on is with resistance. Just check with a multimeter after.

              The napa around here doesn't sell TPS sensors separate, but you can get them online cheap. You usually have to drill the rivets out on the old one. Once you do, you will find a tapped hole. Will just need some screws from the hardware store. It's an easy swap.
