emissions????????

so my cousin brings his expedition to go through emissions. and he passes but gets a note in the mail saying you have a tuned vehicle and you will fail next time. anyone else run into this problem, if its gonna happen like this were gonna be screwed.

yeah he just had a pocket tuner he talked to xx tunning who said that they have been in contact with SCT trying to come up with a solution.:eek:
