Well I went and took somewhat of a risk and bought a 93 Honda Accord wagon mint from NH the other day. Had no title so I called up my insurance and asked them if I could still get it regristed. After an hour on hold and what not they came up with the conclusion that I could. So today I went to the Rmv and got the bitch reggy and insured. I asked the lady at the counter because she wasn't familiar with this law and looked it up and told me anything 15+ years of age coming from NH or VT only can be reggy and insured in MA, and you will be issued an MA title.
I know this will help alot of you out there. I turned down alot of NH and VT cars because I though I need a title. All you need from the car is a bill of sale from previous owner and their old Registration is a must.
