same thing happened at my work in danbury..spent the morning helping people get their cars out of the flooding area( i work security) when i drove past the river on the way work the river was just about to overflow, then 10 mins later it did and started flooding all the streets off of exit 8 on 842005 SRT-4(Precision 6262)
