Ok ctv this doesnt have to do with cars i just have a question cuz im sure ppl on here been on house arrest before. My friend had been on house arrest for about 9-10months then got sentenced to do 3 more months but then they came to her house the other day and took it off and she told them she needed to do 3 more months he called ppl and they said they had to take it so 3 days passed and now tonight they are going to put it back on can that be considered double jeopardy? thanks if view plz bump

Bro the system does what they want when they want. It can be considered anything but you need to talk to a lawyer about that since every case is different.
