well we did low 10's in our dc with 550 and 11.4 in our eg with like 400 i mean its not all about power suspension tracktion all play a part i think i have the right setup to do would probaly only need like 600-650

thats true its not all about power...but i think u need more than 650 to run mid 9s i know people that got olmost 700hp and thay goin low 10s takin it easy...to me a mid 9s car is 800+hp car...one day...lol..
