problem with my dash vin, help?

Hey guys, well i totalled one of my bubbles so i bought another one, i swaped the dashes and forgot where i put the vin from my second bubblem, i went for emmisions and the guy called the state of CT on me because i had a different vin on my dash, anyone know were i can get one made? i know its illigal and i know theres a process where u gotta go thru the state police blah blah blah, i dont have time for that, so if anyone knows where i can get a dash vin tag made let me know? hopefully i just find the original one i took off but just incase i dont i wanna have a plan B.
