The three, Anthony Lee Rodriguez, 22, and Luis Cooper, 17, of Bird Street and Andy Ortiz, 18, of Highland Avenue were still in the process of removing parts from the white Honda Civic when police arrived, according to the incident report. They fled when they saw the cruiser, running through backyards on Helen and Maple streets, the report states.
