                  damn that sucks....... did you tighten it too much and cause it to do that? oil filters should only be hand tight but yea OEM is way to go 5$ from honda with my discount :D

                    It was tight correctly, but upon close inspection, it seems that I caught a filter from a bad batch that they admit got out for public use and that they have NO IDEA where they ended up....I guess now we know.

                                i get powerflo's for my dd for $1.89 made by purolator

                                frams and champion filters are proven to be the worst filters i used to swear by them until i did research

                                mobil 1 is better than oem and based on teardowns are the best filter on the market. give them another chance you probably got a defect
