Are all of your grounds good? I know you got the front end repaired.

If the fuses pop when you turn on the ignition chances are its a short somewhere which is easy to find or theres something up with the grounds or the actual fuse distribution box.

Check the fuse box ground. I know my o2 sensor wire burnt through and popped a couple fuses
