no your civic doesnt run 13s, and its not too new to buy parts for it. i bet youll run a 14.8 at best to be honest, they are slow as ************. i just picked up an 09 and its got some things on it and it just hit 1k. its called youre poor or smart (to not modify a civic), either one.
