might be your ecu is the car obd1 or 2... pull your codes if u dont have a scanner bring it to advanced auto and they can pull them for u

take your plug by the ecu it should have 2 holes in it use a jumper wire n connect them wit the key on count the flashes on the check engine light it will b fast flashes then slow ones say for instance you get 3 shot flashes n 2 long ones tht would be code 23 n look it up online

damn a misfire can be anything man
could be as simple as fouled out plugs
or bad dizzy or something trial and error

make sure all your spark plug wires are tight to the dizzy cap and motor. Check to see condition of cap n rotor. Sand the rotor/ inside of cap off. And see if it stops. If not possibly the dizzy itself. It could be a lot of things lol. An injector anything lol. but I doubt the ecu.

could also b faulty spark plug wire but only noticeable when ur reving or driving slow
