Yup. Considering 230whp would be a miracle in a stock SRT4, nevermind "minimum". More like ~215whp on a dynojet and ~200whp on a Mustang dyno.
If that's what you think, maybe you should research a little bit more. It's been proven that 03's make a baseline of 215, and 04-05's make 230, it's obvious when you do the math there's more 04-05's out there.
"Power: 215hp/245tq (2003 model)
230hp/250tq (2004-2005 models)
In 2004 the SRT-4 received a horsepower bump, with larger fuel injectors and a recalibrated engine computer.[8]
Manufacturers specifications when the SRT-4 was released was 230 horsepower. However, several independent tests have produced results indicating that the SRT-4 produces more horsepower than the manufacturer claims."
Dodge SRT-4: the Ultimate Neon
The Dodge SRT-4 was the second fastest Chrysler car of its time; but even with class-beating acceleration, the Dodge Neon SRT-4 started at under $20,000. That made it cheaper than a base model Dodge Stratus, the mid-size car.
While only 3,000 per year were...
(Speaking about 2003) The 2.4L engine produced 215 horsepower and 245 lb-ft of torque. Due to its greater weight, the PT Cruiser GT went from 0-60 in around 7 seconds, even after modifications to the engine brought it up to 230 horsepower and (the same) 245 lb-ft of torque.
