Update....I went step by step through all ur ideas, sanded grounds down to the metal, firing order is correct now...but still nothing...so I decided to re-do my timing b4 I go on to valve adjustment.... it seems like I manage to set the marks on cams dead even, and the crank at TDC... BUT as soon as the tensioner goes in, the mark on the crank seems to move ahead of the timing mark on block by just a a couple of hair lines.....that's not ok right? Has to be dead on?.....oh and I heard something about the rotor in dizzy has to be facing cylinder 1 on the dizzy cap..? That's not possible cause when I have that cam TDC the rotor is facing cylinder 4 on the cap....
P.S. HOW ABOUT A GAL OF GAS AND A LIGHTER? THAT SHOULD FIX THE PROBLEM RIGHT?!!! LOLLast edited by juan400hp; 09-02-2009, 04:13 PM.JUAN'S_SLOW_EK

UPDATE....took off valve cover and checkd valves....TIGHT ALL THE WAY... I did valve adjustment and it started....finally.....BUT..what the fck!!! It starts up fine....I let it run for about 5 mins...let it cool off for a few hrs and take of the valve cover to re-adjust them....but tell me y there's coolant in the head? ...yup..just my luck....f**k.......I drained the oil and it was all creamy...I thought it was for sitting for 2 monthss untill I saw the coolant in it....
WHAT CAN IT BE? I TRQD THE HEAD TO RIGHT SPECS, AND IT WAS NEW OEM HEAD GASKET....the radiator seems to be full with clean coolant still...any ideas? A few buddies say it could of been when I took off the head I spilled some coolant on the block.....JUAN'S_SLOW_EK
