H2B Half shaft problem!

i have the QSD h2b kit in my ek hatch and for some reason the halfshaft gets stuck in the tranny...i got the axle and everything out easy but everytime i go to take the halfshaft out it gets stuck and wont pull out..what could the problem bee????

its proly the ring around the axel shaft is proly too big sometimes and makes it hard to go in and back out. it happeneds sometimes too when u buy a new axel its hard to click into place so i usually take a grinder and grind the ring al the way around just a hair but without touching the teeth on the shaft and it lock into place like butter!
