G22 are to much money for probably the same power. And its so much more work. You have to get oil ports welded shut and a bunch of other shit. I mean if you have the time by all means go for it, but I rather just do a quick bolt up tune and drag it out til the motor goes then ill build me something beast.

cuz i still have my old vtec motor i thought i screwwd up a sleeve. and it was the valve guide dropped and i cracked a valve so i lost compression on cylinder 1. but now i'm getting the money to build everything right now

Oh OK then yea i say go for the g22 man. Those make power especially on boost. You have the low compression of the f and the torque of the h.

f22a1 the best block and head to boost but then again if you have a f22b1 you can boosted to 15 pounds with a good tune and a nice turbo set up cant forget you jdm h22 tranny for the good gears and a banging clutch set up

                      A g22 is a f22 block with a h22 head Frankenstein swap.

the rods in the F block are skinny and not as reliable for boost, deff recommend an upgrade on rods and pistons, the sohc non vtec turbo deff the way to go

Why the non vtec? What makes it better for boost?
