afterupdating my iphone to 3.1.3 i lost the 5.11 baseband so i couldnt unlock it and was stuck with at&t so i found a new jailbreak+unlock for the new firmware 4.0 with baseband 5.13 and you can unlock it with the new ultrasnow in cydia so if you want to unlock your iphone on the new os watch this youtube video i tested it and it works 100% http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A05ZNmkQO1I

black rain sucks you could have used spirit its even better then blackrain. but i used redsnow for the new jailbreak for 4.0 and i unlocked my iphone with it you have to add the ultrasnow source in cydia ill try to find the source for it
